EDIT: Well I tried again and I like it much better now! Slight diffuse glow added, noise adjusted, unsharp mask, and sharpened with red added.
I'm really fond of this photo! Serena was actually yawning but to me it looks like she's whispering to Arystana.
It's a bit soft due to me trying to fix the noise content.:S
